Grieco, Peter

Grieco is a PhD graduate of SUNY Buffalo and is now adjunct professor at Buffalo State College. His poems have recently been published in Harvard Review, House Organ, Poetalk, Current Accounts, and Arsenic Lobster.

Griffin, Nicola

Griffin has lived in East Clare since 1997. Her poetry has recently been published in The Sunday Tribune, The Stinging Fly, Crannóg and Ropes. She won the 2010 Over the Edge New Poet of the Year prize. She has an MA in writing from NUI Galway, Ireland.

Griffin, Michael

Michael's book, Reaping the whirlwind: The Taliban movement in Afghanistan (Pluto Press), was described by the director of Columbia Graduate School of Journalism as "crucial [..] for anyone who wants to understand the limitations of foreign policy". He worked as an information consultant for UNICEF in Afghanistan.

Grindley, Susan

Grindley is a landscape architect who lives in London. She has had poems published in Magma, Limelight and Gobby Deegan's Riposte (Donut Press), for which she wrote the title poem.

Grinwis, James

Grinwis is the editor of Bateau, a new journal and chapbook press. His poetry and tiny stories have appeared in a number of magazines from American Poetry Review to Zone 3.

Grozdev, Georgi

Georgi is the author of seven books, including a collection of his stories which was translated into Greek. He won the Elin Pelin short story prize in 2002. He owns the Balkani publishing house, which publishes the work of Bulgarian and Balkan writers.

Guemos, Nikolas

Guemos lives and writes in Vancouver, British Columbia. He has been a youth councillor for 15 years with a focus on street entrenched youth. He is a member of the Independent Filmmakers Alliance.

Guffey, Robert

Guffey teaches English at California State University at Long Beach. His short stories, articles and interviews have appeared in such magazines and anthologies as After Shocks, The Chiron Review, Like Water Burning, Mysteries, New Dawn, The New York Review of Science Fiction, Paranoia, The Pedestal, Riprap, Steamshovel Press and The Third Alternative.

Guthrie, Hammond

Hammond is a writer and artist (represented by the Vorpal Gallery in San Francisco). He has contributed to magazines and journals including Exquisite Corpse, Jack and Soma Literary Review.

Habash, Ali

Habash was born and is based in Baghdad. His poetry has been published in many Iraqi and Arab newspapers since 1985, and has been translated into French. His first collection, Years Without Reason, was issued in 2001, in Tunis. He works as a journalist. He appears in the recent documentary, Voices in Wartime.
